Jason checks Brian out then takes the gun from Courtney and gets her out of there

He takes her to PH4 where he tells her she is to say she has been with Carly all evening

He tells Max the same thing. Court wants to know where he is going. He has to get rid of the gun

He leaves her with Carly

And she breaks down, telling Carly what she did

Carly tries to tell her she didn't have a choice but Courtney said she could have done anything else

She thinks Brian is a good man who was just doing his job

In the ER, Brian has a flash back and remembers seeing it was Courtney who shot him

And Jason who took the gun away from her

And got her out of there

Courtney is still distraught over what she did

Saying Jason was right - that once you were in this life, you can never get out

Jason finds Sonny with Sam at the hotel and decides not to tell him about Courtney

Ric shows up at the PH looking for Sonny or Jason. Court is afraid Brian is dead but Ric says he was lucky

He mentions how Court was getting close to Brian so maybe Jason had a reason to shoot him

Court feels the need to confess to Brian and rushes out after Ric leaves

Brian is happy to see her, asking if Jason knows she is here. She says no

He wants to know if this is a secret she wants to keep from Jason

Jason comes home and figures out that Court went to see Brian. Carly says she wanted to see for herself that he was alive
