The intruder in the PH gets away and Jason calls to get more security

Courtney knocks on the door to return Jason's check to him

She knows the check is from clean money but she can't accept it - She tries to hand it to him but he doesn't take it

She walks in and lays the check on a table. She starts to leave

and then turns around to ask Jason if he is happy - he says he is ok. She says she remembers when he wanted more than just "ok"

She tells him he has a right to be happy and aks him if he is sure he doing the right thing by marrying Sam

He says yes, it's for the baby and as long as he can see Michael and Morgan, it's a good day

She asks if he likes Sam - he says yes, they don't fight and there are no promises between them

Court smiles and says "yeah, you have to watch out for those promises" - Jason says the baby will have a father

Courtney tells him what a wonderful father the baby will have
