"Alcazar was being reckless, faking the whole brain-damaged thing, taking his daughter, and doing all kinds of crazy stuff," reminds Steve Burton.  'When Sonny said, 'Now's the time to take him out,'  "Jason was happy to do it".

And Lucky's happy to follow orders when Ric instructs him to arrest Jason for the shooting.  "It all happens at the coffeehouse," previews Burton. "Jason's coming out of Sonny's office, Elizabeth is there with Jake.  When Elizabeth's coffee is ready, she asks Jason to hold the baby, and he does."

Lucky interrupts the gentle father/son reunion when he arrives and instructs Jason to put the child down.  "Lucky tells Jason that he's under arrest for the murder of Alcazar," continues Burton.  "The arrest confirms Jason's decision to let someone else raise his kid because he doesn't want this stuff touching his son's life. "Especially because Jason could do serious time for offing Alcazar.  "They do have physical evidence on him," notes Burton.  "So, this isn't going to be as easy to get out of as the rest of his arrests."  But Jason isn't sorry he killed Alcazar.  "That's his job."
