| Wedding bells ring for
Lucky and Liz this week, but when Lulu is accidentally clued in to the
facts about the bride's baby and an unexpected guest puts in an appearance
on the big day, will someone wind up saying, " I do ..want to spill the
beans?" The Secret's Out As the week begins, Lucky and Liz are eagerly anticipating the arrival of the child he wrongly believes is his. Having moved into the house formerly occupied by Luke and Laura, the soon to be weds begin painting the baby's nursery. When Lucky steps out to buy paint, Liz catches up with Emily and learns that Jason's been troubled about something of late. Returning, Lucky tells Elizabeth that he suspects the baby is a girl and asks if they can name her after his mom. Meanwhile, Spinelli is a man on a mission. Determined to prove himself a bigger geek than Stan in the hopes of being hired by Sonny, the jackal fires up his computer to dig into Jason's past in order to find something "interesting" with which to impress his would be boss. What he uncovers is an unexpected bomb shell: the truth about Jason's impending fatherhood. Unfortunately, Lulu is by the techie's side and is shocked to learn that her brother isn't going to be a dad after all. "This information comes out of nowhere" says The Blond One's portrayer, Julie Marie Berman (Lulu). "It's devastating for her. Not only is it horrifying for her as Lucky's sister, but for her relationship with, and trust in Elizabeth as well." Jason's Wish Despite realizing that the youngsters are hiding something , Jason doesn't push the issue. When Sam's man crosses paths with Liz on the docks, however, he does admit to wishing that things could be different. "It's going to be torture for him", admits Steve Burton. "It's probably one of the toughest situations he's ever been in." Returning home, he is confronted by Lulu, who wants to know if Jason is aware of the fact that he fathered Liz's child. Eventually, he confides the entire story to Lulu, whose behavior has already stirred up suspicions in Carly as well. Wanting to keep his connection to Liz under wraps, Jason has Spinelli use his hacking skills to delete any and all evidence linking him to Liz and her child. Meanwhile, Scotty continues working on his own agenda by urging Liz and Lucky to fill in Lulu on the night Luke raped Laura. During Lucky's subsequent chat with his sister, she unnerves him asking if he's truly happy with Liz. When the engaged couple try to get to the bottom of what's upsetting Lulu, she does her best to cover. The Big Day Despite having the opportunity, Lulu opts not to tell Sam about Jason's having fathered Elizabeth's baby. And during a private chat, Jason admits to Lucky's sibling that he dreams of telling the cop the truth. Although the two agree that sometimes, keeping a secret is the best thing that can be done. "It will hurt more people if it's out in the open" Burton predicts in character but Lulu remains conflicted. She wants to save her brother future pain, but sees how happy he and their father are. As Lucky and Liz prepare for their wedding day, Lulu visits Laura and confides the truth to her unresponsive mom. With the wedding only hours away, Lulu tells Spinelli that she's still seriously considering spilling the beans. "She wants to tell Lucky, because everyone deserves the truth." says Berman. As with any good soap wedding, Liz and Lucky's special day is fraught with tension. Things heat up when Lulu slaps a trash talking Maxie, and the stakes rise when Carly asks Jason to be her date to the big event. Having no intention of being at the church, Jason tells Carly he can't go. But upon learning from Spinelli that Lulu is on the verge of cracking, Jason changes his mind. Will Jason's presence in the church push a guilt ridden Liz to confess or will Lulu take it upon herself to reveal the mother of all secrets? One thing's for certain. This is a wedding you won't want to miss.
